Grant Mac Messinger has been with Meacham/Oppenheimer since 2016. Grant specializes in Property Management and Leasing. Grant currently manages a little over 500,000 sq. ft. in retail and office space in the Bay Area. He has a good understanding of construction, landlord / tenant relationships, vendor communication and ways of maintaining and improving shopping centers. Grant grew up in a Commercial Real Estate and developer family here in the San Jose. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, golfing, hiking, cars, and time with family and friends.
